Shipping policy

Our products are a mix of handmade, print on demand, and curated because of this your orders may arrive in separate shipments. If you order a handmade item and a print on demand item please expect them to arrive separately, as our print on demand items are printed and shipped directly from our third party partner to you. All other products are shipped directly from our studio to you with a processing time of 14-21 business days.

 

As most of our products are handmade we cannot accept returns. Having said that if you are sent a product that is defective in nature, please reach out to us at help@cedarandsaltwaterco.com, and we will gladly see what we can do to rectify the situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
